Babà with Amalfi Limoncello 870 g
The babà is a typical dessert of our traditions, an handmade soft sponge cake with a pleasant taste and a light sweet and slightly alcoholic hint.
Instead of offering it in its classic rhum version, we have re-proposed the variant according to Amalfi tradition: our babà are soaked in our Amalfi Limoncello , the liqueur with only Organic PGI Amalfi Coast Lemons harvested and selected from the lemon groves of our family.
The small size of each baba makes them very versatile, you can use them with ice cream or fruit jams and marmalades, or as an ingredient for many delicious finger food desserts.

Baba ingredients: Wheat flour type “0”, eggs, all vegetable margarine composed of: (vegetable oils and fats: palm and sunflower, water, acidity regulator: E300, flavourings), sugar, salt, natural yeast.
Syrup ingredients: Hydroalcoholic solution, extrafine sugar, “PGI Amalfi Coast lemon peels” (lemons used at least 180 gr/lt of finished product).
Alcohol content: 15%.
Use: delicious products of the Amalfi pastry to taste as a dessert, excellent if garnished with ice creams and fruit jams and marmalades.
They should be kept in the fridge and served slightly cold.
Shelf life: two years.
