SUSTAINABILITY
Our commitment to protecting the territory
We strongly believe in sustainability.
As a company, and even more so as a family, we are committed to creating value for the integrated context that surrounds us.
For these reasons, for seven generations, we have aimed to act as guardians of the cultivated fields, the land, and the centuries-old traditions of the Amalfi Coast.
We contribute to the circular economy: we are an active part of the “Zero Waste” project promoted by the Amalfi Coast Tourism District, which, among many initiatives, proposes the reuse of by-products from production processes (in this case, lemon waste) to produce green energy.
We practice organic farming and preserve artisanal processes. Furthermore, for several years we have been limiting emissions in short-distance freight movements and travel within our properties by using electric vehicles.
We have always been promoters of the Amalfi Coast, not least through our countless interviews and appearances in national and international newspapers and television.
We safeguard the local culture and share it with our visitors. With this spirit, we established the Museo di Civiltà Contadina Arte e Mestieri, representing the history of the local rural and artisanal world, and we open our premises and gardens to experiential and educational tours.
